The Grange is a beautifully converted barn on a working farm in rural West Dorset. Sleeps up to 8 people in 3 ensuite bedrooms. On the ground floor of The Grange there is a large open plan modern fully fitted kitchen with a large table that seats up to 8. The large living room is open plan with a cosy log burning stove. Also on the ground floor there is a king sized bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and a single bed so each room could sleep up to 3. The cottage benefits from views over the river Brit and the surrounding countryside. There is a private terrace with a summer house for enjoying the fire pit or barbeque. Parnham Farm is in the village of Netherbury a picture postcard village with many wonderful walks to explore from your doorstep. You are perfectly located to explore the Jurassic Coastline and visit the bustling market towns of Bridport and Lyme Regis.

• There is a dishwasher in the property and a washing machine in a nearby washroom.
• Well equipped kitchen for self catering, including crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 8 people.
• There is a coffee machine (pods), fridge, microwave and a large electric oven an electric cooker with hob.
• We welcome dogs to stay (a maximum of 2) and there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dog rules apply.
• We can also hire out a travel cot for a cost of £15 however you will need to bring bedding for the cot, high chair available.
• A £100 refundable damage deposit is required to stay at the property.
• A gas barbecue is available to use but please clean it after use.
• Wood is provided for the wood burner in the living room.
• Parking opposite the property in the marked spaces.
• There is also a tennis court which guests are welcome to use – the surface is getting old, so is not perfect.
• Parnham Farm itself is suitable for group bookings, with extended family and friends having a get together or celebrating a special occasion or birthday. If let with Parnham Cottage it can sleep 10-12 people.
