Parnham Cottage is a spacious 2 bedroomed cottage with on a working farm in rural West Dorset. On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen dining room with a large table and there is a downstairs WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double with a family bathroom with a walk in shower. The cottage benefits from views over the river Brit and the surrounding countryside. There is a private terrace for enjoying an evening drink or BBQ. Parnham Farm is in the village of Netherbury a picture postcard village with many wonderful walks to explore from your doorstep. You are perfectly located to explore the Jurassic Coastline and visit the bustling market towns of Bridport and Lyme Regis.

• Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.
• Free broadband.
• All bed linen and towels are provided (including t-towels).
• There is a dishwasher in the property and a washing machine in a nearby washroom.
• Well equipped kitchen for self catering, including crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 4 people.
• There is a coffee machine (pods), fridge, an electric hob with oven but no microwave.
• We welcome dogs to stay (a maximum of 2) and there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dog rules apply.
• We can also hire out a travel cot for a cost of £15 however you will need to bring bedding for the cot, high chair available.
• A weber barbecue is available to use but please note no charcoal is supplied and must be cleaned after use.
• There is also a tennis court which guests are welcome to use – the surface is getting old, so is not perfect.
• Parking outside the cottage for up to 2 cars.
• Parnham Farm itself is suitable for group bookings, with extended family and friends having a get together or celebrating a special occasion or birthday. If let with The Grange it can sleep 10-12 people.
