Laverstock Cottage is a spacious four bedroomed period cottage at Laverstock Farm.
On the ground floor of Laverstock Cottage there is a large well stocked kitchen, sitting room with a wood burner and a dining room with a large table (with seating for up to 8 people) and cosy wood burner.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two family bathrooms (one with a bath). Two of the bedrooms have king-sized double beds and the other two bedrooms are twin rooms. Please be aware that this is a period cottage and the stairs are narrow and steep, there is no downstairs toilet. The back door of the kitchen leads out to the private enclosed garden which has garden furniture and large garden table and chairs with great views across farmland and access to the extensive communal grounds.

• Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.
• Free superfast fibre broadband.
• All bed linen and towels are provided (including t-towels).
• There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the property.
• Well equipped kitchen for self catering, including crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 8 people.
• Free standing Smeg freezer with small freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine (pods).
• We welcome dogs to stay (a maximum of 2) and there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dog rules apply.
• We can also hire out a travel cot for a cost of £15 however you will need to bring bedding for the cot, high chair available.
• A £100 refundable damage deposit is required to stay at the property.
• A weber barbecue is available to use but please note no charcoal is supplied and must be cleaned after use.
• Wood is provided for the wood burner in the living room and dining area.
• There is a children’s climbing frame and swing set in the communal grounds.
• Communal games room available for all guests and walking maps are available.
• Parking opposite the cottage or in the lower yard.
