Granary Cottage is a lovely two bed period cottage at Laverstock Farm.
On the ground floor of Granary Cottage there is an open plan kitchen and dining area with lots of country charm and a snug sitting room. On the first floor there a one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a further large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a family bathroom (bath with separate large walk in shower). The cottage benefits from great views over countryside and has a private enclosed garden with garden furniture off the kitchen. There is also access to the extensive communal gardens and grounds from the private garden.

• Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.
• Free superfast fibre broadband.
• All bed linen and towels are provided (including t-towels).
• There is a dishwasher in the property and a shared washing machine available in the nearby washroom.
• Well equipped kitchen for self catering, including crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 5 people.
• Large smeg fridge with a small freezer compartment, rangemaster electric cooker and microwave.
• We welcome dogs to stay (a maximum of 2) and there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dog rules apply.
• We can also hire out a travel cot at a cost of £15 however you will need to bring bedding for the cot and highchair available.
• A weber barbecue is available to use but please note no charcoal is supplied and must be cleaned after use.
• There is a children’s climbing frame and swing set in the communal grounds.
• Communal games room available for all guests and walking maps are available.
• Parking opposite the cottage or in the lower yard.
