Gardeners Cottage is a cosy one bedroomed ground-floor cottage at Laverstock Farm in rural West Dorset.
The Cottage has an open plan living area with an integrated kitchen with a comfortable dining and a lounge area. There is one double bedroom with a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room. Outside there is a private terrace with tables and chairs located by the apple orchard, perfect for a barbeque or evening drinks. Guests are welcome to use the extensive communal gardens and grounds.

• Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.
• Free superfast fibre broadband.
• All bed linen and towels are provided (including t-towels).
• There is a dishwasher in the property and a shared washing machine available in the nearby washroom.
• Well equipped kitchen for self catering, including crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 2 people.
• There is a coffee machine (pods), fridge, an electric hob with oven but no microwave.
• We welcome dogs to stay (a maximum of 2) and there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dog rules apply.
• Ideal for single occupancy and couples, it is not suitable for infants or children. Strictly no children.
• A weber barbecue is available to use but please note no charcoal is supplied and must be cleaned after use.
• Communal games room available for all guests and walking maps are available.
• Parking outside the cottage or in the lower yard.
