Lambrook Cottage is a comfortable four bedroom semi-detached cottage at Laverstock Farm.
On the ground floor of Lambrook Cottage there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a cosy wood burning stove. Also on the ground floor there is a bunk bed room, a double bedroom and a family bathroom (with a bath and separate walk in shower). On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms. The cottage benefits from a large private terraced garden off the living room with garden furniture for up to 8 people and a grizzly spa hot tub in the garden. There is also access to the extensive communal gardens and grounds from the garden.

• Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.
• Free superfast fibre broadband.
• All bed linen and towels are provided (including t-towels).
• There is a dishwasher in the property and a shared washing machine available in the nearby washroom.
• Large rangemaster electric cooker and fridge with separate freeze compartment below.
• Well equipped kitchen for self catering, including crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for 8 people.
• Microwave and coffee machine (pods).
• We welcome dogs to stay (a maximum of 2) and there is an additional charge of £25 per dog per stay. Dog rules apply.
• We can also hire out a travel cot for a cost of £15 however you will need to bring bedding for the cot and high chair available.
• A £100 refundable damage deposit is required to stay at the property.
• Grizzly Spa hot tub is located on the terrace in private garden but guests must follow rules provided, not for children and no use after 10pm.
• A weber barbecue is available to use but please note no charcoal is supplied and must be cleaned after use.
• Wood is provided for the wood burner in the living room.
• There is a children’s climbing frame and swing set in the communal grounds.
• Communal games room available for all guests and walking maps are available.
• Parking opposite the cottage or in the lower yard.
